For any case which the screw hole at incisal the traditional method is (please see below picture):

• Still keep the screw hole at incisal but the work is not esthetic since the screw hole is exposed

• Recommend the dentist to change to make cement-retained to avoid the screw hole to be exposed at incisal

But now to ameliorate this we would recommend the dentist to use angulation abutment to allow the case still can be screw-retained and also increase aesthetics
